MORTGAGE CALCULATOR

To calculate the payment of your mortgage please follow the following steps:

  1. Enter the purchase price of the home which you plan to buy.
  2. Enter the down payment which you plan to provide. The minimum downpayment is usually 5%.
  3. Enter the number of years over which you want the mortgage amortized (Paid off) The usual number is 25 years.
  4. Enter the current interest rate. This can usually be provided by your mortgage officer or realtor.
  5. Push "calculate". The amount of principal & interest will display at the bottom of the form.
